1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 24).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Lot 1, DP 220080, being 67–73 St Hilliers Road, Auburn.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

2      Use of certain land at 67–73 St Hilliers Road, Auburn

This clause applies to Lot 1, DP 220080, 67–73 St Hilliers Road,

Auburn identified as “2” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purpose of office premises is permitted with

development consent.

(3)

Development for the purpose of educational establishments is permitted

with development consent if the total gross floor area of that

development does not exceed 800m2.
