1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies and, in particular, Lot 22, DP 219238, Eric Crescent, Lidcombe.

4 Amendment of Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “Auburn” from clause 1.2 (1).

Insert instead “that part of Cumberland local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Auburn)”.

(2)	Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land
Insert in appropriate order in Part 2:
Lidcombe Lot 22, DP 219238, Eric Crescent Nil
(3)	Dictionary
Omit “Auburn City” from the definition of Council. Insert instead “Cumberland”.
