Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 7)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 7).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 6 (a)—Public Recreation Zone to Zone No 2 (c)—Residential (Residential Flat Buildings) Zone under Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000, and

(b)

to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3     Land to which plan applies

(1) To the extent that this plan rezones land, it applies to Lot 2, DP 959197, being land on the corner of Dartbrook Road and Simpson Street, Auburn, as shown coloured pink on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 7)” deposited in the office of Auburn Council (the amending map).

(2)

To the extent that this plan reclassifies land, it applies to the following

land:

(a)
