No 17)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 17).

2      Aim of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies to Zone No 6 (a)—the Public Recreation Zone under Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 to allow the land to be used for those purposes which are permissible within that zone.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land known as 181 Chisholm Road, Auburn, being part Lot 12, DP 1071843, as shown coloured green, edged heavy black and lettered “6 (a)” on the map marked “Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 17)” deposited in the office of Auburn Council.

4 Amendment of Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000

Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of The map in Schedule 1 the following words:
