(Transcript Fees) Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 - Preliminary

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations
Amendment (Transcript Fees) Regulations 2018.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b) the rest of the regulations -

(i)     if gazettal day is before 18 December 2018 - on 18 December 2018; or

(ii)     if gazettal day is, or is after, 18 December 2018—on the day after gazettal day.

Part 2— Children's Court (Fees) Regulations 2005

3.           Regulations amended

This Part amends the Children's Court (Fees) Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Delete Schedule 1 Division 1 item 7 and insert:

7.         (a) For the preparation of a transcript, or part of a transcript -

(i) provided within 1 day 20.50 plus 6.15 plus
after the day on which
the fee is paid 		8.45 per page 2.55 per page
