Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 Preliminary

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations
Amendment (Swan Valley Planning Scheme) Regulations 2021.

2.           Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day on which the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 7 comes into operation.

3.           Regulations amended

This Part amends the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993.

4.           Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 column 2 delete "Swan Valley Planning Committee" and insert:

Regulations 2004 amended

5.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the State Administrative Tribunal

Regulations 2004.

6.             Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10(1) in the definition of review application —

(a) in paragraph (g) delete "clause 76(2)." and insert:

clause 76(2);

(b)	after paragraph (g) insert:
(h)

the deemed provision referred to in in the Swan Valley Planning Scheme in force under the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 under section 11(1)(d) of that Act.
