Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 —Preliminary

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations

Amendment (Sunday Entertainments) Regulations 2021.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005

This Part amends the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005.

4.              Schedule 1A amended

In Schedule IA delete "Sunday Entertainments Act 1979".

Part 3— Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Regulations 1994 amended

5.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

Enforcement Regulations 1994.

6.              Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule I delete "Sunday Entertainments Act 1979".

Part 4 —Sentencing Regulations 1996 amended

7.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Sentencing Regulations 1996.

8.              Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 delete "Sunday Entertainments Act 1979 s. 3(1)".
