Part 1 - Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations
Amendment (Road Traffic) Regulations 2021.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a)
Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)
the rest of the regulations - on the day on which the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 section 13 comes into operation.

3. Regulations amended
This Part amends the Cross-border Justice Regulations 2009.4. Regulation 89 amended
Delete regulation 89(2) and insert:

Delete regulation 90 and insert:

6. Regulations amended
This Part amends the Prohibited Behaviour Orders
Regulations 2011.
7. Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1 in the table for the Road Traffic Act 1974 after the item for s. 64AA insert:
s. 64B(1) Driving with blood alcohol content of or above 0.05 with
prescribed illicit drug in oral fluid or bloods. 64B(3) Driving with blood alcohol content of or above 0.08 with
prescribed illicit drug in oral fluid or bloods. 67AD(2) Failure to comply with drug test requirement for persons
with blood alcohol content of or above 0.05s. 67A D(4) Failure to comply with drug test requirement for persons
with blood alcohol content of or above 0.08
s. 67AD(6) Failure to comply with drug test requirement for persons
