Part 1 Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations
Amendment (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2020.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
Part 3 come into operation.
(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement
Amendment Act 2020 sections 9 to 86, 88 and 89 and

This Part amends the Classification (Publications, Films and
Computer Games) Enforcement Regulations 1996.
4. Schedule 2 Form 1 amended
In Schedule 2 Form 1 delete the passage that begins with "your
driver's licence and ends with seized and sold. and insert.
your driver's licence may be suspended, your vehicle licence may be suspended or
cancelled, you may be disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver's licence or
vehicle licence, your vehicle may be immobilised or have its number plates removed,
your details may be published on a website, your earnings or bank accounts may be

This Part amends the Criminal Code (Infringement Notices)
Regulations 2015.
6. Schedule 2 Form 1 amended
In Schedule 2 Form 1 delete the passage that begins with "your driver's licence" and ends with "seized and sold." and insert:
your driver's licence may be suspended, your vehicle licence may be
suspended or cancelled, you may be disqualified from holding or
obtaining a driver's licence or vehicle licence, your vehicle may be
