These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 September 2024.

Mental Impairment Review Tribunal

Delete regulation 35(3)(e)(ix) and insert:
(ix) the office of the Mental Impairment Review Tribunal established by the
Criminal Law (Mental Impairment) Act 2023 ;
