Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations

Amendment (Case Management System) Regulations 2019.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)

Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 Bail Regulations 1988 amended

3. Regulations amended

This Part amends the Bail Regulations 1988.

4. Regulation 3A amended

(1) In regulation 3A delete the definition of courts electronic
system.
(2) In regulation 3A insert in alphabetical order:

ECMS means the electronic case management system

for the management of proceedings in Western
Australian courts and tribunals;

5.            Various references to "courts electronic system" amended

In the provisions listed in the Table delete "courts electronic system" (each occurrence) and insert:

6.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Civil Judgments Enforcement
Regulations 2005.

7.            Regulation 95A amended

(1) In regulation 95A delete the definition of courts electronic
system.
(2) In regulation 95A insert in alphabetical order:
ECMS means the electronic case management system

for the management of proceedings in Western
Australian courts and tribunals.

8.            Regulation 95B amended

In regulation 9513( l) delete "courts electronic system." and insert:

ECMS.

9.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005.

10.          Regulation 3 amended

(1) In regulation 3(1) delete the definition of courts electronic
system.

Enforcement Regulations 1994.

13. Regulation 2A replaced
Delete regulation 2A and insert:
2A. Terms used
In these regulations -
approved user, of the ECMS, has the meaning given in
the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005
regulation 3(1);
ECMS means the electronic case management system
for the management of proceedings in Western
Australian courts and tribunals.

14.          Regulation hA amended

(I) In regulation 11 A( 1) delete "courts electronic system." and
insert:
ECMS.
(2) In regulation 11 A(2) and (4) delete "courts electronic system"
(each occurrence) and insert:

15.          Regulation 11B amended

17. Regulation 14 amended

(1) Delete regulation 14(1) and insert:

(2) In regulation 14(2) delete "courts electronic system." and insert:
ECMS.
