Attorney General Regulations Amendment

(Bailiff Fees) Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations
Amendment (Bailiff Fees) Regulations 2018.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are

published in the Gazette;

(1)	In Schedule 1 Division 2 item 2(a) delete "130.00" (each occurrence) and insert:
131.65

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — Children's Court (Fees)

Regulations 2005 amended

3.      Regulations amended

This Part amends the Children's Court (Fees) Regulations 2005.

4.      Schedule 1 amended

(2) In Schedule I Division 2 item 2 note 2:

(a) delete "includes —" and insert:

includes the costs of—

Part 3 - Civil Judgments Enforcement

This Part amends the Civil Judgments Enforcement
Regulations 2005.

6.             Schedule 2 amended

(1) Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
