v
THE KING
[2023] HCASL 50
B2/2023
This application for special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Dalton JA, and Crow J; Jackson J agreeing) does not identify any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court that the sentencing judge did not err in sentencing the applicant to a sentence of imprisonment including the conclusion of the absence of exceptional circumstances warranting a non-custodial sentence. The application raises no question of public importance. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
