HER HONOUR: I will make an order that the appellant pay the

respondent's costs of both appeals fixed at $9,222. I think
under the Justices Act I have to order that that is paid

through the registrar.

That's what it says under 223, I think, doesn't it,	10

MR O'REILLY: Yes, your Honour. It's section 232, I think, subsection (1): "If upon any appeal the judge orders either party to pay costs such order shall direct such costs to be paid to the registrar", and it goes on, so your Honour is quite right.

HER HONOUR: Okay. So I order that that amount of $9,222 be
paid to the registrar within 30 days.
Any difficulty with that?	30
