HAYNE J: The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against orders of the Court of Appeal of New South Wales. By those orders the Court of Appeal dismissed a motion seeking review of orders of a single judge of the Court of Appeal (Ipp JA). Justice Ipp had dismissed the applicant’s application to set aside orders made by the Court of Appeal by consent which disposed of both an application for leave to appeal and an appeal. The applicant contends that he did not authorise the making of those consent orders.
Because the applicant is unrepresented, the application for special leave falls to be dealt with under rule 41.10 of the High Court Rules 2004.
There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the orders of the Court of Appeal.
Pursuant to rule 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application. I publish that disposition.
AT 9.31 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
