Associations Incorporation (Infringement Penalties Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 to revoke the prescribed form of penalty notice.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 54 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981.

3Revocations

(1)In the Table to regulation 26 of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998[1]—

(a)omit "50B";

(b)omit "Penalty notice";

(c)omit "16".

(2)Regulation 28(3) of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 is revoked.

(3)Form 16 in Schedule 3 to the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998 is revoked.
