Associations Incorporation Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Associations Incorporation
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Associations
Incorporation Regulations 1988*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	Schedule 1 Form 1 is amended by inserting after "Commissioner" —
" for Consumer Protection ".
(2)	Schedule 1 Forms 2, 3 and 4 are amended by deleting "Fair Trading" and inserting instead —
" Consumer Protection ".
