Associations Incorporation Amendment

Regulations 2022

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Associations Incorporation

Amendment Regulations 2022.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Associations Incorporation

Regulations 2016.

4.             Regulation 11A inserted

After regulation 11 insert:

11A. Tier 1 and tier 3 association revenue limits (s. 64)

(1)	For the purposes of section 64(1) of the Act, the amount is $500 000.
(2)	For the purposes of section 64(3) of the Act, the amount is $3 000 000.
