Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

652 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2.5 February 2011

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Associations Incorporation Amendment (Transfer of Incorporation) Act 2010 section 5 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Associations Incorporation
Regulations 1988.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

After Schedule 2 item 2 insert:

3. Application for approval to apply for registration or incorporation as a prescribed body corporate under

section 10B(2) ........................ $280.00
