1. Objectives

n	The objectives of these Regulations are to amend
a	the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1998
n	to—

ti	(a)	prescribe further particulars for the purposes of sections 5, 10(3)(c), 31(3)(c) and 31(3)(d)
la	of the Associations Incorporation Act
is	1981; and

e	(b) update the name of an accounting body; and
L	(c) prescribe new offences for which a penalty
n	notice can be issued.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

In these Regulations, the Associations

Incorporation Regulations 1998 are called the

After regulation 5A(a) of the Principal

6. Particulars for application for incorporation by a

rl	For regulation 5C(i) of the Principal Regulations

P	"(i) the postal address of the proposed

a	(j) the signature of the person who made the
n	statement referred to in paragraph (h).".

ti	7. Particulars for notice of special resolutions

8.  Particulars for application as an amalgamated incorporated association
