Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Associations
Incorporation Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 of the Associations Incorporation Regulations 1988* is amended in Forms 1, 2, 3 and 4 by deleting "Commissioner for Corporate Affairs" and inserting instead —

Commissioner for Fair Trading ".
