This regulation may be cited as the Associations Incorporation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the AssociationsIncorporationRegulation1982 . ˙ Insertion of new s 21 3. After section 20— insert — ˙ ‘ Vesting of bank account of former association ‘ 21.(1) This section applies to an amount in a bank account named Queensland Neighbourhood Watch Association Inc. (the “former association” ), kept at Westpac Banking Corporation ARBN 007 457 141. ‘ (2) The amount is vested in the public trustee. ‘ (3) The purpose for which the public trustee holds the amount is varied. ‘ (4) The new purpose is to pay the amount to Dean Prangley of 45 Jenyns Road, Mount Tamborine, for expenses for research done for the former association before its incorporation was cancelled. ‘ (5) This section expires on 30 September 1996.’.
