s1 2 s4 Associations Incorporation Amendment Regulation No. 43, 2001 (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Associations Incorporation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999 . 3 Amendment of s 10 (Keeping financial institution account) Section 10, after ‘account’— insert — ‘in Queensland’. 4 Amendment of sch 5 (Additional accounting requirements) (1) Schedule 5, items 3 to 8— renumber as schedule 5, items 4 to 9.
