Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2002

Associations Incorporation Act 1984

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the section 73 (the general power to make regulations).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Associations Incorporation Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2002.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2002.

3 Amendment of Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999

The Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
