AN ACT to amend the Associations Incorporation
Act, 1895-1957.
[Assented to 27th September, 1962.]
RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent
L-1 Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

| amended. | 2. Section thirteen of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "Justice", being the last word in the section, the words, "or any commissioner for taking affidavits for use in the Supreme Court of Western Australia". |
