AN ACT to amend the Associations Incorporation

Act, 1895-1953.

[Assented to 13th October, 1955.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Associations and citation.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Associations Incorporation Act, 1895-1955.

amended. 2. Section three of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "published in Perth in the State and circulating throughout the State" in lines six and seven of subsection (2), the passage, ", and circulating in the district mentioned in the memorial as that in which the association is situated or established,".
