I, FAYE LO PO’, Minister for Consumer Affairs, in pursuance of section 42 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1984, do, by this my Order, approve Suncorp Insurance and Finance as an approved insurer for the purposes of Part 6 of that Act.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to specify Suncorp Insurance and Finance as an approved insurer for the purposes of insurance to be effected and maintained by assocations incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.
