His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees and charges payable under section 73 (the general regulation-making power).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Associations Incorporation Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2001.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2001.

3 Amendment of Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999

The Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

4 Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
