An Act to amend the "Associations Incorporation Act,

1890, Amendment Act, 1897."

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

B the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1, Section 5 of the " Associations Incorporation Act, 1890, section 6 of No. 678

repealed.

Amendment Act, 1897," is hereby repealed, and the following section shall ,be substituted in lieu thereof :-
