Alteration of other rules of organisation.

[1] On 26 June 2014 The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia lodged with the Fair Work Commission a notice and declaration setting out particulars of alterations to the rules of The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia.

[2] The particulars set out alterations to the Federal Rules 6, 6A, 6B, 8, 16, 33; and the Division Rules 1 and 14 of the rules of The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia. The alterations give effect to the decision by the National Assembly to dissolve the Transport Division, Telstra & Australia Post Senior Managers Divisions and ABC Senior Executive Division of The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia.

[3] On the same date the Association lodged a declaration dated 25 June 2014 signed by John Highfield, President of the ABC Senior Executives Division consenting to the truncation of his term of office.

[4] On the information contained in the notice, I am satisfied the alterations have been made under the rules of the organisation.

[5] In my opinion, the alterations comply with and are not contrary to the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, the Fair Work Act 2009, modern awards and enterprise

agreements, and are not otherwise contrary to law. I certify accordingly under subsection
159(1) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.
