His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Assisted Reproductive Technology Regulation 2014:
| (a) | to increase (from $2,500 to $2,570) the application fee for the registration of an ART provider, and |
| (b) | to increase (from $1,770 to $1,820) the annual registration fee payable by a registered ART provider. |
This Regulation is made under the Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2007, including sections 7 (2) and
(8) and 71 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Assisted Reproductive Technology Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2014.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Assisted Reproductive Technology Regulation 2014
(1) Clause 4 Registration application fee: section 7 (2) Omit “$2,500”. Insert instead “$2,570”.
(2) Clause 6 Annual registration fee: section 7 (8) Omit “$1,770” from clause 6 (1). Insert instead “$1,820”.
