W H E R E A S Her Majesty 's re ign in t i tu led " An Act to authorize the levy

" of' an Assessment	upon Sheep and Cattle depastured	upon	Crown
" Lands	beyond the Settled	Districts"	expired on t he thir ty-f irs t day

of December last A n d whereas it is expedient t h a t t h e same should

be revived and cont inued for a l imited period Be i t therefore enacted

by t he Queen ' s Mos t Exce l len t Majesty by and wi th t he advice and

consent of the Legislative Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w

South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled a n d by t h e au tho r i t y of t he

same as follows :—

1. The provisions of the said Ac t shall revive and be cont inued du r ing the present year Provided t h a t t h e r e t u r n s the re in requ i red

to be made on or wi th in fourteen days after t h e first day of J a n u a r y

shall be made on or wi th in fourteen days after t h e first day of M a y

A n d t h a t t h e assessment there in requi red to be paid before t h e first day of M a y shal l be paid before t he first day of September and tha t all o ther acts mattex*s and th ings in t he said Ac t requi red to be done a t

or wi th in certain t imes the re in expressed	shall be done a t or wi th in
t imes relatively corresponding wi th t h e t imes hereinbefore	severally
ment ioned.
