Application for approval of the Record Automatic Doors Pty Ltd and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Australia Pty Ltd (NSW) Enterprise Agreement 2023

1. Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Australia Pty Ltd T/A Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Australia Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Record Automatic Doors Pty Ltd and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Australia Pty Ltd (NSW) Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).

1. On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles[1], I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

1. The Agreement is approved and will operate from 27 December 2024. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 July 2026.
