STATEMENT OF REASONS

APPLICATION FOR REVIEW

1. This is an application for review of a decision made by a delegate of the Minister for Home Affairs on 18 June 2024 to refuse to grant the visa applicant a Student (Temporary) (Class TU) Subclass 500 visa under s 65 of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) (the Act).

2. On 6 September 2024 the applicant lodged with the Tribunal a Withdraw an Application form.[1]

3. The Tribunal finds that the applicant has withdrawn the application for review. As such, pursuant to s.95 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (cth) the Tribunal is taken to have dismissed the application.
