1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 applies.

4 Amendment of Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Clause 4.1A Exceptions to minimum subdivision lot size for certain residential

development

Insert “land on which a heritage item is located or” after “that is not” in clause

4.1A(2).

(2)	Schedule 2 Exempt development
Omit the heading “Minor alterations (external) to buildings comprising heritage
items or in a heritage conservation area” and the matter under that heading.
