Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 applies and, in particular, Lot 53, DP 499597, 39 Smith Street, Summer Hill.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “Ashfield” from clause 1.2 (1).

Insert instead “that part of the Inner West local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Ashfield)”.

(2)	Schedule 5 Environmental heritage
Omit the matter relating to item no 620 from Part 1.
(3)	Dictionary
Omit “Ashfield” from the definition of Council. Insert instead “Inner West”.
