This Plan is Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 55–63 Smith Street, Summer Hill, being Lot 13,

Section 1, DP 560, Lot 1, DP 796910 and Lot 1, DP 905473.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

8      Use of certain land at 55–63 Smith Street, Summer Hill

This clause applies to land at 55–63 Smith Street, Summer Hill, being

Lot 13, Section 1, DP 560, Lot 1, DP 796910 and Lot 1, DP 905473.

Development for the purposes of business premises, office premises, recreation facilities (indoor) and self-storage units is permitted with development consent.
