2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	90–108 Liverpool Road, Ashfield, being Lot 1, DP 961053, Lot 1, DP 961031, Lot 1, DP 961454, Lots 5–7, DP 4284, Lot A, DP 339658, Lot 88, DP 130469, Lots 1 and 2, DP 329357 and Lot 6, DP 958868,
(b)	2–6 Victoria Street, Ashfield, being Lots 3–5, DP 958868,
(c)	124–126 and 125–127 Carlton Crescent, Summer Hill, being Lot 3, DP 913001, Lot 1, DP 928376, Lot 1, DP 983940 and Lot 6, DP 4458,
(d)	1–3 Prospect Road, Summer Hill, being Lots 3 and 4, DP 4458.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
