1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Croydon, being part of Presbyterian Ladies’

College, Sydney:

(a)	2 College Street (Lot 1, DP 176410),
(b)	4 College Street (Lot 12, Section 2, DP 733),
(c)	6 College Street (Lot 11, DP 663478),
(d)	10 College Street (Lot 9, DP 439982),
(e)	12 College Street (Lot 1, DP 438507),
(f)	114 Edwin Street North (Lot 14, DP 1066193).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
