ASER (Restructure) Regulations 1998

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the ASER (Restructure) Regulations 1998.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation on 5 February 1998.

Interpretation

3. In these regulations—

"Act" means the ASER (Restructure) Act 1997.

The Site

4. (1) Pursuant to section 5 of the Act, the Site is the whole of the land comprised in

Certificates of Title Register Book Volume 5101 Folio 624 and Volume 5191 Folio 690.

(2) Pursuant to section 6 of the Act, the Site is enlarged by adding that portion of piece 1 in Deposited Plan No. 46426 marked S, being portion of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 4401 Folio 352.
