An Act to amend the Artificial Conception Act 1985

Notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on 28 June 2002

(see Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Artificial Conception Amendment Act 2002.

2. Commencement

   This Act commences on the day after its notification day.

3. Act amended

   This Act amends the Artificial Conception Act 1985.

4. Application of div 3.2
   Section 9 (1)

   omit

   July 2002

   substitute

   1 July 2004
