1. These regulations may be cited as the Artificial Breeding of Stock Amendment Regulations 1992.

PART 2— ARTIFICIAL BREEDING (CATTLE) REGULATIONS 1978
Regulation 5 amended
2. Regulation 5 of the Artificial Breeding (Cattle) Rqulations 1978* is
subregulation - amended by deleting subregulation (2) and substituting the following it listed below - (2) The following fees are payable in respect of the matters
(a) for the issue or renewal of a licence for
the collection and processing of semen for
general sale or use ................... $204.00(b) for the issue or renewal of a licence for
storage and sale of semen ............. $115.00 (c) for the issue or renewal of a licence for
the transplanting of ova and processes of
production, handling, fertilization,
implantation and storage of ova for
general sale or use ................... $204.00(d)
for the transfer or variation of a licence . .. . $38.00 (e) for an application for a certificate of competency -
(i) in respect of the class of herdsman - inseminator ....................$24.00
(ii) in respect of any other class .......$115.00. ".

Schedule 2 amended

amended -
(a) in item 1 by deleting "196" and substituting the following - It 204
(b) in item 2 by deleting "36.50" and substituting the following - it

(c) in item 3-
(i) following - in paragraph (a) by deleting "$23.50" and substituting the It
$24.00 "; and
(ii) following - in paragraph (b) by deleting "$110.00" and substituting the $115.00

amended by deleting "196", "36.50" and "110" and substituting the following
respectively -
