Artificial Breeding (Cattle) Amendment
Regulations 2007
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Artificial Breeding (Cattle)
Amendment Regulations 2007.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows:
(a) regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2007. 3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Artificial
Breeding (Cattle) Regulations 1978*.[* Reprinted as at 25 February 2000. For amendments to 10 May 2007 see Western Australian

Regulation 5(2) is repealed and the following subregulation is inserted instead -
(2) The following fees are payable in respect of the matters
listed below -
(a) for the issue or renewal of a licence for the collection and processing of semen for
general sale or use ..................................... 630.00 (b) for the issue or renewal of a licence for
storage and sale of semen .......................... 420.00 (c) for the issue or renewal of a licence for the transplanting of ova and processes of
production, handling, fertilisation, implantation and storage of ova for general sale or use ..................................... 630.00 (d)
for the transfer or variation of a licence .... 105.00

(e) for an application for a certificate of
competency —
(i) in respect of the class of
herdsman-inseminator 63.00
(ii) in respect of any other class 420.00
