AN ACT to amend the Artificial Breeding Board

Act, 1965.

[Assented to 26th September, 1968.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Artificial

Breeding Board Act Amendment Act, 1968.

(2)

In this Act the Artificial Breeding Board Act,

1965 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3)

The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Artificial Breeding Board Act, 1965-

1968. .1

2. Section 17 of the principal Act is amended by

amended.

repealing subsection (1) and re-enacting it as

follows

(1) The Board shall

(a)

as soon as practicable after the thirty- first day of December, 1968, prepare and send to the Minister a report of its operations under this Act during the period from the 30th June in that year to and including the 31st December in that year; and

(b)

as soon as practicable after each thirty- first day of December after the year 1968, prepare and send to the Minister a report of its operations under this Act during the year ended on that date. .
