s1 4 s6 Art Unions and Public Amusements Amendment No. 16, 1997 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Art Unions and Public Amusements Amendment Act 1997 . ˙ Act amended 2. This Act amends the Art Unions and Public Amusements Act 1992 . ˙ Amendment of title 3. Title, ‘and public amusements,’— omit . ˙ Replacement of s 1 (Short title) 4. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This Act may be cited as the Art Unions Act 1992 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Objects of Act) 5. Section 3(h) to (j)— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Definitions) 6.
