Army and Air Force Canteen Service Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

After regulation 26 of the Army and Air Force Canteen Service Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Taxation

“26A.

(1) The Board is subject to taxation, other than income tax, under the laws of the Commonwealth, the States and the Territories.

“(2)

Sub-regulation (1) does not in any way affect the operation of regulation 27.”.
