Army and Air Force Canteen Service Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Army and Air Force Canteen Service Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 10 (Constitution of Board)

2.1 Paragraph 10 (1) (d):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

• “(d)

  3 persons appointed by the Minister, at least 2 of whom have had extensive business or commercial experience; and”.

3.Regulation 25 (Remuneration)

3.1 Subregulation 25 (2):

Omit “other member”, substitute “other members”.
