1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 22–26, DP 1153858, Lots 27 and 28, DP 1156909 and Lots 1–4, DP 270982, 15 and 17 Cluny Road and 9, 11 and 13–17 Madgwick Drive, Armidale.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
