1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan zones land that was previously deferred matter as Zone IN2 Light Industrial with a minimum lot size of 1,000 square metres and identifies 2 archaeological sites, it applies to certain land in Armidale.

(2)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone RU4 Primary Production Small Lots to Zone IN2 Light Industrial with a minimum lot size of 1,000 square metres, it applies to part of Lot 1132, DP 40754, 61 Bundarra Road, Armidale.

(3)

To the extent that this Plan provides for an additional permitted use, it applies to the

land referred to in subclauses (1) and (2).

Each map adopted by Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:

Omit clause 1.3 (1A).

Insert after clause 3:

4      Use of certain land in Zone IN2 in Armidale

(1)

This clause applies to land in Armidale in Zone IN2 Light Industrial, identified

as “Item 4” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of bulky goods premises is permitted with

development consent.
