1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Armidale:

(a)	Lot 20, DP 711016, 43–49 White Avenue,
(b)	Lot 50, DP 732610, 1A The Boulevarde.

4 Amendment of Armidale Dumaresq Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 1
Insert the following in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
Armidale Lot 20, DP 711016, 43–49 White Avenue
(3)	Schedule 4, Part 2
Omit “Nil” from Column 1.
(4)	Schedule 4, Part 2
Insert the following in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
Armidale Lot 50, DP 732610, 1A The Boulevarde Nil
